Major shareholders include management. If we’re suffering with eroding SP so are they. They’ve become complacent with comms IMHO (and many others here as well); the newsletter was a nice summation of topics mostly related to us previously. No dilution imminent? No real problem. Dilution coming up? Well then we would like some more info for our vote, especially when you’re paying out bonuses to execs who missed their targets.

Not a good look.

I (we most likely) would suffer the pain of dilution better if they were a skoshi more transparent IMHO.
