I am also holding my vote back for a bit here. Not happy with management not hitting any goals and objectives per the Compensation Committee. There needs to be an explanation for that from the CEO before the vote. There is zero excuse for an executive not coming forward and explaining this. I was a COO in my working years . I would have been “lit up” and lucky to retain my job if I hadn’t hit any objectives.
