Lets not overlook the possibility fact Kelly Whelan may also be converting her shares from IBX LLC the related party balance indicated on the last balance sheet and financial notes which are dated 12/31/2021. Conversions generally have a dilutive affect but not if tied to a sale to another related party wishing to acquire 5% or more! Just an opinion but may be a golden opportunity to not only convert but sell to an outside partner/buyout prospect? She is no dummy!!
