Were you in the room when those discussions were being held? You don't know how the dialogue went. Some people are pushovers, some people are not. I'm not saying that he is a pushover, but does DJL strike you as being assertive? There is an art to negotiation. I don't know him, but I have listened/watched probably most of what he has done that has been recorded (CytoDyn role and before), and he strikes me as being a fairly mellow guy. That doesn't make him a bad guy, but I don't care about efforts, only results. No participation trophies here. In any event, as the "jury is still out," I am just looking for "a little less talk and a lot more action."
