Are you familiar with the restrictions the government has put into place since the House of Cards?  And now its about to get worse with the CFFB and QM this year and the next.  Govenrment has made the mortgage industry "too" conservative over the past 5 years.  So I guess I am just confused about the "fake pumping" part???
