Dose escalation studies were done and higher doses are used in a variety of fashions. Your point is well taken, but a study is about comparing SOC to LL, and we have to show an efficacy escalation, let me say, for irrefutable trial data.
525mg seems a sweet spot, 700mg works best for RO but comes with a bit of diarrhea. It'll be nice when the CRC trial patients begin to receive 700mg hopefully soon. Recruitment should go much quicker then, and with on boarding new sites. IMHO
