The DOJ / SEC closure is the final nail in the "class action" against Cytodyn.
That case was on hold pending all evidence in the DOJ / SEC case. The hold is in the plaintiffs reply.
It has/had been the reason no legal activity or cost increases in our SEC filings for a long time.
Posted all this. Won't back search the post, but it's a huge win for Cytodyn because it's horrible optics to a judge/jury that neither major agency took any direct action against Cytodyn.
