How often are nonexclusive licensing deals done in the pharmaceutical world?
Reason I ask is because I'm wondering if this is a good strategic route for our wonder molecule LL rather than an exclusive licensing deal.
I'm sure the company is considering all options (exclusive, nonexclusive, other strategies), but I would think that any company like Merck and others with an ICI would want to license LL from us to be used for their indications and combo trials. Then LL wouldn't be exclusive to one company but used by all with ICIs.
Or is this not generally done?
