You realize that the Compensation Committee stated management did not hit any of their goals
This was a flaming red flag to me as an ex executive. We are being asked to rubber stamp a lot in the November meeting but I will be voting no unless management explains how every goal they set , missed the mark before that meeting . It’s disrespectful to the shareholders to not explain why they missed annual goals . Was it over exuberance based on what they felt they could accomplish ? Were assumptions made about potential partners based on the results they reviewed that didn’t come to fruition? If I had gone to the annual board meeting of a company I worked for and it was acknowledged I missed every goal I would be out. So I feel it’s important that Dr. J to explain why they missed the mark on every objective before the vote
