You ask how do we know, unless Jay tells us, that CYDY asked repeatedly and vociferously for ICI intervention, and that each time the FDA said "NO." If he confirms that in a shareholder letter (or perhaps you would prefer a PR), hundreds of shareholders and many members of this board will likely then exercise their constitutional right to bombard the FDA with vehement, vitriolic criticism, which likely then produces a 2nd "FDA Letter" and maybe even another safety shutdown. But al least you will sleep well knowing for sure that Jay asked.

We all know how passionate you are about the welfare of these poor patients suffering with stage 4 cancer, and everyone holds you in the highest esteem because of your heartfelt compassion for them, but your continued clamoring that Jay publicly confront the FDA for its intransigence on the protocol design issue would likely be highly destructive in the end.
