I agree. I'm sure Dr J is aware of this and also has a good idea of what the regulatory gatekeepers will approve and what they won't.
I also think we'll get the data we need in the CRC trial to prove PD-L1 Escalation and this will inform the protocol of the next trial to have both PD-L1 Escalation and checkpoint inhibitor. It's wrong not to have the ICI in the CRC trial earlier, but I think that is due to regulatory.
Keep on keeping on and staying long for the long haul
