I am not sure how much we can trust DSMB,
In our CD12 it was obvious picture that patients were undertreated with 2 doses only ,
but they said to our company mid way...
Don't change anything , just continue.
And we know what happened in critical patients with 2 doses , mortality benefit above other drugs was 82% at 2 weeks ,
but after drug was withhold , at 28 days it was 31%
And we were not SS and without EUA,,
So I don't count on this to much..
