A reminder, though, is that we are making our own path through this emerging industry as we go. We do run into errors occasionally, but what's really important for us is that we don't make the same mistakes twice. We have addressed this issue, learned from it, and put systems in place to prevent it in the future.

and that has been my point since the beginning .. this is literally virgin territory with *realistic* time lines running 4/5 to 8/10 years >> it's not for everyone >> to be clear i've only noted one other consistent *investor* who has publicly shared my time perspective .. what matters besides the same mistakes not getting repeated is that mgmt brings in the best *advice* they can afford .. they did so via marcelino .. SAIC .. and clearly the Harris Group is no light weight even tho' they too will become a *target* >> like every other publicly id'd entity working with JBI  ..

there were plenty of clues in that CC .. whether they were recognized or not is another matter

currently the co. doesn't *control* the share price (which is why re: the OTC i always separate out the stock from the co.) >> but imo by the eo this Q (2nd) and duly noted via filings >> that change out re: JBII will be revealed .. zero doubts about what is coming coupled with  proof of concept (2013)
