A few things i'd like to discuss here. First off, I think many people are worried about the wrong things. I'll preface this with saying that I'm currently 25 and at one point I invested pretty much everything i had into univec. As many of you may remember me, I first invested in stocks when I was 19 in the covid crash and found out about/ bought Univec when I was 20. I bought around 300k shares at .10 for $30k. That was my own money I made in the market, not my parents money, so I have my own skin in the game. That was all I had to my name at that point. I've invested more since then, but my cost average is high for reference. I also was someone who got very many friends, family, coworkers, teachers, classmates etc invested. When I was 20 years old they invested huge money into us because they believed in me. Since my people who bought are underwater I never flipped shares because I felt it was wrong to profit while they are red. I only sold shares because I needed money for school, I sold them for a big loss and bought back now more than I had then. Never made a profit. My dad also bought because of me and passed away in late 2021 and I told him it would retire him. I say this all for reference.
Here are things from my perspective:
1. I get so annoyed when people either complain about the share price or say " I which I would've sold at .16".
I mean I think we all loved are account balances when it was at .16. but I ask myself why did I buy this stock? Personally I bought because our CEO said we were going to dollars not pennies. Wouldn't selling at .16 be selling short of what we were promised? Also when people complain about the share price, would it really make a difference if we were at 10 cents right now? I know for me it wouldn't because I am waiting for DOLLARS. Pennies mean nothing to me or the dreams I have for making a difference for my people. Side note: if Doc truly has big billionaires lined up wouldn't they want a cheap share price to be whales at launch to load up cheap? Why would they want expensive shares. Maybe there's a method to his madness. Not sure just a thought.
2. People care too much about what exchange we are on. I know we've all tried to uncover DD and we all want to find out info but everyone fights about what exchange we will be on. NASDAQ, Dream Exchange, OTCQB etc and I ask the question. Is being worried about the stock exchange worth the stress many have? Does it really matter what exchange we are on if Doc pulls through and creates wealth for us? If you trust Doc will come through I do not care if we are on the smallest or biggest exchange as long as we are worth DOLLARS. That should be all that matters.
3. Life is to short to stress yourself out everyday over a stock. I referenced my $30k and family invested earlier to highlight how bad I want this to happen. Those that know me privately on here know how bad I want it. I have very big plans in life and I need Unvc to pull through before I move forward. I understand that I am 25 and have a long time to wait this out and I know many are older and have health issues etc so I am blessed to be in the position I am. To all of the shareholders who have passed or are sick currently I pray for you and hope you or your family can see are success. My father passed before we launched so I understand the rush in some cases. But you cannot let it affect your everyday life negatively. I stepped away from the board for some time because I couldn't take the negativity. There's a difference between have constructive dialogue and being negative 24/7. There are right questions to bring to light and ones that people do just to bash. I was devastated for a short period when we went sub penny but I realized me being depressed won't help out share price any so I went on with my life and started to make more money. Univec will or won't happen no matter your attitude, so you might as well try to be happy.
4. Haven't we learned to not put deadlines on things by now. All they do is disappoint when they don't get met. Some people are saying OCT. 1st some are saying end of year etc. So I ask the question, what happens if we aren't launched by then? Many will be disappointed. This ties into my last point. Self imposed deadlines only set yourself up for disappointment. Now I am not saying this can go on forever with no concrete news, and I like everyone wants clearer information, but making launch dates up does nothing positive to get us clearer information.
5. Many times people with good and bad intentions ask questions that do not matter. I am all for asking questions that need addressed but we all need to do it in a way that actually benefits shareholders. Now I am all for having a shareholders meeting in the future to try and figure out a game plan to advance shareholders equity, but I try now to focus on the big picture. Here's a few questions that I have that actually matter to the company: "how is our debt going to get addressed" and "why do our officers not own any shares". I will answer that our debt can get addressed after acquisition capital rolls in and Doc may give officers some of his shares for compensation before or after launch, but those are examples of sincere questions that actually matter to our success.
I will post more because there is a lot more I want to discuss, but I'd appreciate any feedback to what I have said. I look forward to talking with all of our shareholders on how we can move forward and benefit us all.
To recap, focus on DOLLARS not the short term price, focus on things that actually matter to the company, and don't let out delays get you negative. Life is too short. May we all not have to worry about our success for much longer. Hang in there. As shareholders if we actually want a voice complaining on here, LinkedIn and X won't do anything. Have a good day. Let's focus on the positive.
