For approval after phase 2 , results must be extraordinary , I was hoping for them if ICIs will be added to our CRC patients with elevated PD-L1..,
Seems they will not be ,
This remind me a 2 doses in our CD12 ..just because of not enough doses we lost approval..
They probably can get BTD , but this is not approval I was hoping for with results similar to TNBC .
Those with mCRC are a very sick patients , some will die needlessly during this one year.
Just imo ..
