Cardamine , please tell us what was a compensation , not just a base .

We know 6 M shares were given to Dr Jay since he is here a CEO ,
what I remember the first year compensation was about 500 ,000 doll.
Dr Jay got 75,000 award cash , and Tyler Blok 100,000 doll , for the great job , I guess ..

If they were giving them more bonuses and they refused , Thank goodness.

According to yesterday proxy Dr Jay compensation from our company is 783,000 doll for 2025..

And Tyler Blok is 575,000.

According to my friends research Tyler Blok makes more money than general counsel at Starbucks , HRBlock , DoorDash, as much as Delta Airline , and more than Southwest Airline..
