I feel that one of the strong points being made in the MGK2 piece is that the share authorization is necessary if a pursuing investor wants an equity stake. With our attendance at three major conferences in a short amount of time, it is obvious that Jay and the board are selling our successes and indications. The increased share authorization gives us greater flexibility to negotiate various methods should a proposed partnership arise.
