Re: HHIGambler #157093
I think the retail investors have made exemplary efforts to keep the company alive in 2025, and to control the downward pressure from the manipulators of the stock price. I see it every day, during the last hour of trading. Where is our Compensation Committee? Where is our bonus?
Actually, I agree with Emmitt's post about the company keeping some financial autonomy. He makes a very strong point. However, the Compensation Committee has shown little respect for us in gifting warrants "in the money" and paying bonuses when they unanimously decided that NOBODY reached any of the goals set by the company. I'm thinking the Compensation Committee are not friendly to investors. They seem to be a bit unethical when we vote to for more dilution. I love Dr Jay to death, Tyler, not so much. Why is the Compensation Committee kissing their butts, for not reaching the goals that they set for themselves?
Currently, I am on the fence about more dilution, until we (investors) get better communication and better planning from our management. In this regard, I agree with Mountaineer and Evil Rabbit. Silence is no way to treat us, for the faith we have invested in them. Silence kills faith. Nothing good comes from silence.
