Really?  There were TONS of buys @ the ASK throughout the day today. On the other side of those buys were sales.  The reason they printed red was that after a certain price was cleared out the next best ASK appeared and was lower than the last printed trade.  I know this because I was on the BID and the ASK for most of the day.
