Sorry I never brought the receipts of why I believe the new issuance of 1.1 billion, can potentially been seen as a self-dealing windfall for David. It has been 4+ years since he obtained them with no merger of a private company, that would change my assessment.

David owned per filings 104,254,879 shares at the time he obtained the 1.1 billion shares which would have been shy of 9% ownership of the 1,179,023,522 outstanding shares, it is all in the filings after, he held 52.13% of outstanding shares.

In 2003 he owned 55% with the Outstanding share count being 33,616 095

August 31st 2004 he was the single largest share holder with 39.4%

Here is the attorney letter detailing the 183,173,158 shares David obtained in 2022, which gave him total of 1,403,122,537, then after the restrictive legend time frame expired David transferred 100-million to the DTC.

The last recorded filing with OTC Markets was June 30 2011 with a Basic weighted average number of common shares outstanding 181,210,000

Then 2021 when David had to get UNVC current with OTC Markets the filings resumed.

The annual filings for 2018-2019-2020- all list the 1.1 billon shares.

The last SEC filings were November 2010, during the dark period between 2011 and 2021 there are no records to obtain any information.
