You actually read the "footnotes" in the old filings like I have over the years.
I will also add, it appears that:
1. Dr. Dalton has never taken a salary from Univec.
2. Dr. Dalton has never sold a share, never made a dime off Univec.
3. Dr. Dalton has never scammed a shareholder.
I, personally, are very comfortable with my Univec investment. Others may get scarred or emotional and maybe will sell some or all their shares. That is a personal decision.
