Are you kidding, I thought everyone knows there has not been a merger as of yet. He still owns 100% of his private companies. Upon a merger he gives up 45%. That puts a smile on my face as he feels he will have more value for shareholders and himself by going public. There are estate planning benefits also.
Are you kidding, a "potential windfall" for David. Give it a rest PL, You expect Dalton to give up 100% upon a merger and only own 5% of Univec, if he did not take those 1.1 billion shares.
