No where in my post did I reference anyone stole funds, Time Org NEVER had an AUDIT preformed, in reference with the 8.8 million which the state of Maryland/IRS requires.
I never said they filed an amendment to hide donations, they have to show the IRS where the 8.8 million in charitable donations went, if it went through the "for-profit" Time LLC, then they are responsible to pay taxes.
Also FEC records show political campaign donations;
Nonprofits are required to register with state before making political donations
Lamont Ellis the CEO donated a combined $13,500 in their personal capacities to the campaigns of Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott.
Also the website of the Maryland Attorney General's Office that says charities "must first register with the Office of the Secretary of State."
Public documents show the nonprofit started the registration process with the Secretary of State's Office in November but never completed it. Maryland law requires charities to be registered before accepting a single donation.
