"doctors". they are the problem as usual.
if we are in a situation that "doctors" are telling us there is only one way to deal with a life threatening illness, and an experimental therapy wont work because its not approved or taught in their "school", these "doctors" are transfixed on only the solutions they are "taught". and they are petrified from acting outside that box.
if i am DYING and if the only way to get access to a therapy like leronlimab or any other unapproved therapy in clinical trial stage is through a prescription/approval from a licensed "doctor", then there needs to be a group of alternative "doctors" that will grant such prescriptions, ala marijuana "doctors".
im failing to understand the roadblocks here. i would be the one DYING, it should be my choice to "risk" taking an experimental therapy. meanwhile my "doctor" will stare cold faced and tell there is nothing they can do. and go play golf.
