The Nasdaq is an exclusive club. It requires a bid price of $4, and we can't get past one cent. In some cases, they might allow a $2 or $3 bid price.
Plus, there are several other requirements before a company is considered.
Last year, I sent an email to investor support suggesting an alternative exchange, such as the TSX Venture Exchange, for example. They have numerous penny stocks listed.
Investors go there to look for up-and-coming companies, and we would get much more exposure.
Nobody responded.
One thing is certain: with our current listing, it will be challenging to find new investors, as many won't buy stocks listed on the Pink Sheets.
I believe our best bet is for the company and its products to be bought by a large, established company. At least that way, we would probably get something for our shares.
It seems like we have some very excellent products, so it's not outside the realm of possibility that a company with National and perhaps International exposure could take them and run with them.
I'm sure there's a very good reason why we aren't in 7-11s or Walmart's across the country after all these years.
Perhaps our canning facilities are not large enough to meet the demand that comes with National exposure.
