From the other board Brian Thom replied the company is working with an attorney to hopefully discuss the FDA concern and resolve the information requested. Hopefully we can receive IDE and move forward with the FDA approval. Brian did mention he was invested monetarily having made stock acquisitions in the open market as well. Hoping for the best soon?
