I think they are (a) crazy busy or (b) they have a data dependent deal that they can't talk about or both. If it is only the first (a), they would probably indicate, hey we are crazy busy, and we will get to it. I tend to think it is (b) and a data-dependent deal is the main reason there are no shareholder meetings.
If there is a data-dependent deal, then the point there would be to hold off and then announce something big when you are actually able to talk about it.
Now that they've done the HCW presentation there will be expectations of a shareholder update before the New Year, and we'll get a shareholder meeting.
Either way (a) or (b), I like our strategic direction, the private funding deal is important, the trials that need to happen are happening, and I believe we are headed for open waters.
