It starts out as a 2-arm trial, one arm gets 350 mg of LL and the other gets 700 mg. There is NO placebo arm. As the trial progresses, if the 700 mg. arm does better and has no SAE's then all patients will be switched to 700 mg.
My complaint is that patients only have the option to add an ICI after the full 48 weeks rather than as soon as their PD-L1 reaches a level that would justify it.
