Wow JK1, of course I would remain transparent as a public company. What, and let others guess at what’s going on at the company and create their own narratives on the company.
A company should always remain in control of creating their company narrative, going silent opens the barn doors for others to do so. And if a company is financially damaged there are avenues to pursue through the legal system.

Curious, not saying it happen, but if certain individuals interference costed your company 50 million dollars of financing would you remain transparent?
