backdooring on the patent for leronlimab absolutely- when the ship was sinking because of the lunacy and leronlimab could be buried forever if something wasnt done. i believe it was that close. what good would the patent be if the company is bankrupt and the next phantom party would have to acquire it somehow at some cost in a bankruptcy liquidation hearing that no one would show up to and then raise another $50 -200 mil on a hope and a prayer on a drug the was a "proven" failure? those people dont even exist NOW. who would invest at that stage? theres no group NOW even with a much more promising track record since the fiasco. it is a miracle the lights are on today
