While in the end I still believe there is money to be made here, one can not ignore the sales that appear not to be recorded to SNPW seem awful suspicious.

- long advertising of light towers , yet no sales recorded

- long running of the SPPC store offering multiple products , yet no sales recorded

- Sun Pacific Power India claimed to be a part of Sun Pacific Power USA claiming 400 completed jobs, yet no sales recorded

- 3 years a distribution of FoxEss products, yet no sales recorded

- 2 years a distribution of GEP New Energy USA products, yet no sales recorded

- Working for Sun Group to get them into the Australian market, yet no sales recorded.

- Announced the near closing of a sale in Australia May 2024, for Sun Group. yet no sales recorded

- Open a new SPPC store, announced hiring of sales reps, yet no sales recorded

- Mirror private company, Solray Inc, with the same management team, similar products for sale and a very similar business plan as SPPC, who claims to be selling products, yet no sales recorded to SNPW



It makes one wonder if the above is the reason for the below.to be possible..
