The Company today announced that the name change will become effective on September 2, 2025. The Company also expects to change its Nasdaq ticker symbol from “VERB” to “TONX” and begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “TONX” as of the open of trading on September 2, 2025. The Company will launch a new corporate website in conjunction with the renaming.
