Today means Mr. Hoffman has been activated as CytoDyn’s 1st ever employee under contract to move the company forward in various ways.
& his 250k Share(s) Options, are Working Required that are not active until 1 year from his hiring....
Conferences, Presentations, Abstracts, Postersetc...etc, etc., will always occur now no matter CytoDyn’s status @ any point in time.

Time Commitment. During the Term, the Executive shall use Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Company (including its subsidiaries and other Affiliates) and shall devote all of Executive’s business time, ability and attention to the performance of Executive’s duties for the Company and shall not, directly or indirectly, render any services to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, except with the Board’s prior written consent, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent the Executive from (i) participating in charitable, civic, educational, professional, community or industry affairs,
