You make a very valid point, Mickeyt has screen shots of all his PMs statements, maybe he could post some of them.
Caution was needed in assessing the statements.
Wasn't necessarily logical or safe to assume (but we all did assume) that David's statement about "going to the "Nasdaq" was referring to UNVC without explicit confirmation. It is ambiguous at least.
He could have made the statement to garner attention, or create talk without committing to a specific course of action.
He could have meant it as a open option without making an official announcement until the plan is finalized ready for release.
