Yes they could be considered "forward looking statements" material events.
However, if David or a company representative chooses to comment, any statement made cannot be materially false or misleading.
We have no type of information/documents, so we have "NO" way of knowing if the PM's were false or not.
Also he cannot inform select shareholders of (one example is the up-list to NASDAQ quarter (1) 2021, before the information is made public.
It would be illegal selective disclosure.
Also there isn't a definite time line on when they could happen either, but a reasonable time frame is expected also.
