I think I saw where someone else may have mentioned this already, but the last week of August is notoriously a bad week for a company to issue a PR with good news because trading is usually very low that week. Many people are off work and away from news while trying to squeeze in vacation before their kids go back to school. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm looking forward to the first or second week of Sept.
