Not sure. My best move is typically a fake yawn that gets my arms up in the air so that it seems natural or accidental when one comes down around shoulders of the woman I'm with. That or the shocker. But I don't think either of those apply here. The guesses about why the S3 was filed may be answered very soon now. I was leaning toward backstop/leverage as the reason, but the equity position folks might have just taken over the driver's seat.
