GR Engineering Services to Lead Colosseum BFS

The BFS is being overseen by the Company’s new COO, Simon Slesarewich, an experienced mining
executive with decades of experience in building and operating mining projects.

GR Engineering Services, Inc. undertook the Mission South Mill Expansion Project
in Arizona as well as other projects for large North American miners Barrick and Kinross.
