I suggest you review the PUBLIC hearings and findings.
The CEO was a laughing stock.
Even skipping out on a meeting or two. Fact.
There were definitely issues with the documents submitted by the company. Fact.
The technology was untested in this country and the CEO had zero business pretending to be a subject matter expert in it. Fact.
Do you really believe placing such a potential danger to the public, next to a daycare center, a bright idea??

Having said that, there can only one conclusion here as to why you're still behind this shell....
