To pin any of this company's supposed project failures on the allegation that individuals contacted associates, and was able to directly influence them, is ludicrous.
Would YOU, looking at this company's performance during the last 5 years (and some VERY public indiscretion...), really entertain providing the CEO with bags of cash after reading what the most recent UNAUDITED filings reflect??
