I think it is pretty obvious that the past filings are nothing more then a copy and paste effort.
Yet nothing in the filings, about its progression over those 49 days since the tweet.
Sun Pacific Power India a self proclaimed subsidiary of Sun Pacific Power US had claimed 400 jobs completed, yet nothing in filings about them or revenue from those 400 completed jobs.
Solray INC, Same management as Sun Pacific Power ,same business plan as Sun Pacific Power and same partners as Sun Pacific Power, yet Solray Inc claims no association to SNPW.
The only saving grace for me is Eilers name is all over Solray Inc and SNPW, I can't believe he would be stupid enough to place him self in a position to be liable for a conflict of interest law suit.
