It seems like it was only a few days ago, that I was reading how one of Wegovy's side effects was sudden, permanent blindness. Now, I see that it has been approved to treat MASH. Is this to be the new standard of care for MASH? From what I have read, they can't explain it's mechanism of action against fibrosis.
