Yes it shows he no longer owns the shares, in all the filings since the 3rd quarterly 2023, but still shows him owning 55.61% of common shares, with the 100 million taken out of his share count.
I agree he has to show all his shares where ever they are held, the 100 million are either being held in the DTC for a loan, or for some type of corporate action, also there is the possibility that he is or has been selling shares,
I'm by no means claiming he is selling shares, because there is know way we can have access to this information, if they weren't held in the DTC we would easily know if he was selling shares.
