Update - August 11: "Vystar's fight against EMA Financial LLC
The long saga of Vystar's fight against EMA Financial LLC continues now to the final issue in the case: Vystar's motion for legal fees.
Subsequent to Vystar success in beating back EMA's appeal, today the Second Circuit Court of Appeals filed its Mandate with the District Court. This filing is done when no party appeals the decision of the Second Circuit.
The Mandate returns jurisdiction of the case back to the District Court judge to rule on Vystar's motion for legal fees."
