Dr. Jay has been permanent CEO since 1/29/2024. Including his time as interim CEO, he has been "with us" for 27 months. During those 27 months Cytodyn provided 4 letters to shareholders and 2 company update webcasts. In addition there were 17 press releases excluding hiring announcements.
Our last letter to shareholders was in March 2025. Since then Cytodyn has made two poster presentations in Europe. They are making the case for improved survival in triple negative breast cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer.
The math suggests that the recent "silent period" is uncharacteristic under Dr. Jay. What appears to be missing is adequate numbers to get the company over the top. Other than the 1600 noted in the safety statistics there are gleaned numbers from the faulty (to say the least) Amarex compilation.
That's a quick review of what has been provided from the Cytodyn website. I probably made some errors in my math, but the point is that Cytodyn under Dr. Jay has not been reluctant to issue PR's. However, the careful, conservative approach has stalled progress, at least that's the way we anxious investors perceive it. I don't think anyone believes that Nothing has been happening.
Just my opinion in the absence of real information.
