Search the San Diego Superior Court East County.  You will find that Cotton & Western filed a fraud suit last year against Geo JS Tech and Jimmy Yee.  It looks to me that they won a default judgment and this thing should be finalized June 7.  Hopefully this will make the action in Harris County Texas go away.

I just found this.  I've been searching San Diego Superior Court not realizing that there are a number of different courts in San Diego.
