While stating something over and over may be unproductive and pointless that in of itself does not mean it is bashing.  Sorry to disagree with you but to me a basher is someone who is making statements that are exaggerated or unproven with the expressed interest in generating fear amongst shareholders to sell.  A pumper does the opposite.  He/she makes statements with the interest of people to buy or hold their shares longer than they would otherwise.
