This administration is about cutting red tape and getting things accomplished.
I would venture a guess that by sharing information across all patient and providers within Medicare and Medicaid that a lot of waste, fraud and abuse could be eliminated, which would hopefully help lead to reduced costs.
There was just a record fraud case that got handled out of Minnesota I believe.
Doc's relationship with EagleForce comes immediately to mind.
We're just waiting on whatever stimulous is holding this up.
