Doc talks as it this system is up and running.
Very hard to figure out under what circumstances this is happening.
he talks as if it's a done deal.
telehealth, financial help, job placement, housing, etc.
It's like he has it up and running by the way he communicates.
Hopefully most of us make it to the start/finish line.
