That is a good question, from what I know of David, he is inclined to go for the total package, he's 77 now and stated he was retiring,
He has 1.2 billion shares according to filings, if he brought a couple of the private companies into UNVC, that in my opinion is a easy way to up tick to the OTCQB,
He isn't going to bring them in without being compensated for them (common sense)
Now the value of the companies is the bigger question, it is virtually impossible for any of us to get any legit type of value related to them.
The DE for me isn't in the picture, could it happen absolutely, David is the type person from talking with friends of his, big heart, always wanting to help people, but in business it always comes down to his way or no deal, those deals are hard to make materialize, but done easily with his private companies, I still feel his daughter or grandson will be involved.
I think he really wants something to happen within the next 6-8 months, in which ever direction he goes.
But a forward looking statement would do wonders also.
